CLOSED | Call for Entry: Analog Forever Magazine - Edition 11

In the ever-evolving world of analog photography, a rare and thrilling opportunity presents itself. Analog Forever Magazine is proud to announce the release of our 11th Edition, which will be the only edition published in 2025 and marks the final chapter of our bi-annual issues as we transition into an annual publication in 2026. This 2025 edition will offer a temporary pause afterward, allowing us to prepare for the next exciting phase of our journey. If you’ve ever dreamt of seeing your work immortalized in our pages, this is your last chance for quite some time!

This is more than a submission opportunity—it’s an invitation to cement your place in the rich legacy of analog photography. Join the ranks of legends—stand alongside the likes of Michael Kenna and Judy Dater, but bring your unique voice to the table. No matter your experience or the camera you wield, we seek the story behind the lens, the emotion within the frame. With no submission fee and endless possibilities, now is your moment. The deadline for submissions is November 30th, 2024. This could be the year your work leaves an indelible mark on the world of analog photography.

Michael Behlen
Michael Behlen is a photography enthusiast from Fresno, CA. He works in finance and spends his free time shooting instant film and seeing live music, usually a combination of the two. He has self- published two Polaroid photobooks--“Searching for Stillness, Vol. 1” and “I Was a Pioneer,” literally a boxed set of his instant film work. He exhibited a variety of his photos at Raizana Teas, a Fresno tea room and health food store; his work there, “Polaroid Prints of Landscapes and Strangers,” was up for viewing during the months of June and July, 2014. He has been published, been interviewed, and been reviewed in a quantity of magazines, from” F-Stop” and “ToneLit” to “The Film Shooter’s Collective.” He loves the magic sensuality of instant film: its saturated, surreal colors; the unpredictability of the medium; it’s addictive qualities as you watch it develop. Behlen is the founder and Publisher of “Pryme Magazine.” You can see his work here: www.dontshakeitlikeapolaroid.com
